Unless explicitly agreed otherwise by Control Union and the client, all services performed by any Control Union entity are subject to the relevant set of General Terms & Conditions as published on this webpage.
The specific set of General Terms & Conditions to which the services are subject depends on the type of services provided (certification services/collateral management services/ commodity inspection services/industrial inspection services) and may further depend on the territory, region and/or country where the Control Union entity that is a party to the relevant transaction with the client is located.
In any case, the specific set applies as set out in the agreement between Control Union and the client.
